The cuisineThe cuisine is French in style, varied and favouring fresh and "homemade" products. It brings together both products of the sea and rivers (cod, trout, lobster and baby lobster etc.) and those of the fields and woods (calf's sweetbread, seasonal game, etc.). Many dishes are also cooked with Orval, the regional beer made by Trappist monks of which the establishment is an ambassador (Orval cheese fondue, rabbit in Orval beer etc.). To ensure freshness, preparation is carried out on a daily basis with products guaranteed as fresh. In addition, a small herb garden is maintained, also providing ingredients for cooking. The cuisine is also adventurous, and you could find on the menu one day, for example, tuna sashimi with foie gras. Other than the à la carte menu, the following are also on offer: dish of the day, "Malin" set menu and "Balade" set menu. The restaurant also has a private car park with 30 spaces. The restaurant and hotel are open all year, 7 days a week. |
The atmosphereThe restaurant's decoration achieves a perfect balance between modernity and tradition. It has the untreated and angular stone of the region combined with the roundness and warmth of chandeliers.
